Let’s be real—nobody likes waiting forever for their package to show up. That’s why we try to get your order out of our doors as fast as humanly possible. Whether you’re gearing up for a big hike or just need a new bottle for the office, we’ve got you covered.

Processing Times

Once you hit that "order" button, our team gets to work right away. We usually need about 1 to 2 business days to get everything packed up and ready for the mail carrier. We don't ship on weekends or major holidays, just so our team can get a little bit of trail time, too.

Free Shipping?

Yes, Please. We love a good deal just as much as you do. That is why we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $55 within the United States. No codes needed—the discount will just pop up automatically at checkout once you hit that total.

Our Shipping Options

If you aren't quite at the free shipping mark, or if you're in a bit of a hurry, here is how we handle things:

  • Standard Shipping ($7.95): Your order will typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. It’s reliable, steady, and gets the job done.
  • Express Shipping ($16.95): For those "I need it yesterday" moments. This option usually hits your doorstep in about 1 to 3 business days.

Just a quick heads-up: Delivery times are estimates. Sometimes the mail carriers have a rough day (or a massive snowstorm), so these times can vary slightly depending on where you are located.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is scanned by the carrier, we’ll shoot you an email with a tracking number. It might take about 24 hours for the link to update, so don’t worry if you don’t see movement immediately. You’ll be able to follow your Urban Sip bottle every step of the way until it hits your porch.

Address Accuracy

Double-check that shipping address! We want to make sure your bottle finds its way home on the first try. If you notice a typo right after ordering, email us at help@urbansip.us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to fix it before it ships out.
