We Want You to Love It
At Urban Sip, we want you to be absolutely stoked about your new gear. But we also live in the real world—and we know that sometimes, things just don't work out. If you’re not feeling 100% about your purchase, don’t sweat it. We’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.
The 30-Day Window
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your package hits your doorstep. To be eligible for a return, your bottle needs to be unused, in the same condition you received it, and still in its original packaging. Just keep your receipt or order confirmation handy so we can find you in our system quickly.
No Restocking Fees (Ever)
Here is some good news: we do not charge restocking fees. We don't believe in hitting you with extra costs just to put an item back on our shelf. You’re already doing the work of sending it back, so we aren’t going to make it harder with hidden fees.
Shipping Your Return Back
When it comes to shipping costs for returns, we try to keep things as fair as possible:
- If it’s our bad: (Like if we sent the wrong color, the wrong size, or if the bottle arrived damaged), we’ll cover the shipping. You won't pay a dime.
- If you changed your mind: (Maybe the color isn’t what you expected or you decided on a different size), we’ll ask you to cover the return shipping costs.
The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll shoot you an email to let you know it arrived safely. If everything looks good, your refund will be processed right back to your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that it usually takes about 15 business days for the funds to show up in your account, depending on how fast your bank or credit card company moves.
