1.    How do I clean my Urban Sip bottle?

To keep your bottle in top shape, we recommend hand washing it with warm, soapy water and a bottle brush. While some of our lids are dishwasher safe on the top rack, hand washing is the best way to preserve the finish and the vacuum seal for years to come.

2.    Can I put hot drinks in my bottle?

Absolutely. Our double-wall insulation is designed to keep your coffee or tea steaming hot for hours. Just be careful when sipping—the insulation is so good that the liquid inside can stay much hotter than you’d expect!

3.    Will my bottle fit in a standard car cup holder?

Our 20 oz and 24 oz bottles are designed to fit most standard cup holders. Our larger 32 oz and 40 oz jugs might be a bit too "adventurous" for small cup holders, so they usually prefer the passenger seat or a backpack side pocket.

4.    When will my order ship?

We usually get things packed and out the door within 1 to 2 business days. During busy seasons, it might take the full 2 days, but we’re always working to get your gear to you as fast as possible.

5.    How do I track my package?

As soon as we ship your order, we’ll send you an automated email with a tracking number. It might take about 24 hours for the carrier to update the status, so don’t panic if it doesn't show movement immediately!

6.    Can I change my shipping address?

Mistakes happen! If you notice a typo, email us at help@urbansip.us immediately. If the package hasn't left our warehouse yet, we’ll do our best to swap the address for you.

Returns & Refunds

7.    What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. We want you to love what you bought, so if it’s not a perfect match, we’ll help you sort it out. Check our Returns page for all the details.

8.    Is there a restocking fee?

Never. We don’t believe in charging you extra just to return an item. You’ve got enough on your plate!

9.    How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, it usually takes about 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. This timing mostly depends on your bank’s processing speed.
